How much is crane service going to cost me?
A:  The cost of your lift will depend on which truck is needed and how long it will take to complete the job.
We charge an hourly rate. We have multiple crane sizes as well as a bucket truck.  Each crane has its own hourly rate and minimum. Call us with the information about your lift and we will discuss the cost with you.

How much notice do I need to give you?
A:  We offer short notice service at no additional cost.  If you discover that you need a crane lift right away, give us a call.  If we have a crane available, it will be immediately dispatched.  Of course since it’s dependent on our availability, the more notice you give us, the more likely it is that you will get the exact day and time you need.

What information do you need to book a crane?
A:  Tell us what you are lifting, the weight (if you know), and the reach from where the crane will park to where we need to set it.
For example:  I have an 8 x 8 spa (800-900 pounds) going over my one story house.  From the center of the driveway to the center of the slab, the reach is 70’.
When you call us, our friendly receptionist will walk you through the process and ask you all the questions.

What kind of payment do you accept?
A:  We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard, NO PERSONAL CHECKS.  We work on a C.O.D. basis, payment is due upon job completion.

If you will be removing my spa or BBQ island do I have to have it disconnected?
A:  Yes.  When removing a spa it is important to have it completely drained of all water and have the electrical disconnected before our operator arrives.  If possible, please put it up on blocks so that it can easily be rigged with straps.
When having a BBQ island removed, please have it disconnected and the fridge and grill removed so it does not become damaged in the lift.

Do you have to come out ahead of time and do a pre-site check?
A: No. Most times we can get enough information over the phone.
The more information you can provide us, the less likely it is that we will have to visit the site ahead of time, thus saving you money.

I’m removing old air conditioners and replacing them.  Will you haul away my old units?
A:  Yes, we do haul away old A/C units for FREE.  Some restrictions apply, so please ask the receptionist when you call in the job.

Are your operators and trucks certified?
A:  Yes.
Our operators are NCCCO certified and have undergone rigorous training and testing so as to provide you with the safest service possible. All of our cranes meet and exceed the required safety standards and have current certification.  They are meticulously maintained and inspected on a daily basis.

How long has your company been around?
A:  We are family owned and operated and have been proudly serving the Lake Elsinore area since 1987.

What kinds of things do you lift?
A:  Air conditioners, spas, BBQ Islands, fiberglass pools, trees, tanks, equipment and machinery, trusses and beams, poles, cell towers,  statues, fountains, rocks and boulders, boats, docks, storage containers, roofing materials, k-rails, furniture, pianos…and lots more.  Basically we move whatever is too heavy or inaccessible for you to move yourself. If you would like to view some interesting things that we have lifted view our cool jobs page.

Do you provide any other services?
A: Yes!  We service and repair signs and lighting.  We have a 65’ bucket truck for just such jobs.
